Consumer trends have been altered inextricably due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and we are now noticing trends and patterns which were not mainstream in the ‘before times’. The ‘NEW’ consumer continues to navigate these trends and prepare for the future, which still faces Covid related challenges.

Here at Bulbshare we surveyed 500 consumers in the UK to gain an insight into their everyday consumer behaviour. The survey was designed to capture any permanent changes in behaviour following lockdown & new and emerging trends, during the holiday season. By looking at these trends we can consider what retailers & brands should do today to emerge stronger for what’s on the horizon.
