1. The promoter is: Bulbshare Ltd (company no. 10867126) whose registered office is at 3-5 Hardwidge Street, London, United Kingdom, SE1 3SY.
2. The competition is open to all Bulbshare users aged 18 years or over, except employees of Bulbshare Ltd. and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter can be found within the competition brief on the Bulbshare app.
6. Only one response per user per brief will be accepted – though users are encouraged to respond to as many different briefs as they like. Users with multiple Bulbshare accounts will be disqualified. Please see the general Bulbshare Ts&Cs here.
7. Closing date for entry will be Friday 29th May. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
- Users should respond to as many Bulbshare briefs as they can within the timeframe of the competition.
- Each response will count as an entry to the competition. The more briefs a user responds to, the more times their name will be entered into the hat to win.
- Only responses that answer the brief in full will be counted as an entry. Any deemed to not meet the brief or containing content deemed unsuitable by Bulbshare Ltd. will not be counted.
- Bulbshare Ltd. will randomly pick and announce a winner through our app within five working days of the competition end date.
10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
12. The prize is as follows: £50 each for 10 winners (or local currency equivalent).
13. The prize is as stated and no other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
14. Winners will be chosen during the week immediately following the competition closing date, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
15. The winners will be notified by email and through the Bulbshare app within 28 days of the closing date. If the winners cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Bulbshare Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
16. The promoter will notify the winners when and how the prize is delivered.
17. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
19. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
20. The winners agree to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
21. The winners’ names will be available 28 days after the closing date by emailing the following address: info@bulbshare.com (unless the winner(s) have not given permission for their name to be made public).
22. Entry into the competition will be deemed as an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
23. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Bulbshare Ltd. and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy, found here.
24. Bulbshare Ltd. shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
25. Bulbshare Ltd. also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
26. The rewarded briefs hosted by Bulbshare Ltd. are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Google, Apple or any other 3rd party unless stated otherwise before you take part in the rewarded brief.
